Tuesday Attitude - Perspective
That 24″ box that seemed impossible a few months ago is now no big deal, and you’re on to the 32″… But maybe someone just coming through the door can hardly manage the 12″ box. It’s all about perspective - do what you can and push yourself a little more each day. Set aside time before or after each workout to focus on the exercises you struggle with, and eventually they’ll be easy-peasy!
