Week 4 was Obstacle Course Style consisting of 20/30 Bends & Thrusts, 25’/50′ Low Crawl, Knee Crawl, Bear Crawl, 50’/100′ Broad Jump, 2/3 Suicides, 15/20 AC Presses, 200’/300′ Quick Step and 200/400 m Run. Final scores were the average of three rounds time stopping when all teammates were finished.
