Monday… Did you know? Exercise and the brain

This just in: Exercise improves brain health! 

We know that exercise makes us feel good and releases endorphins, but new research shows that even mild exercise also promotes neurogenesis in the hippocampus, decreasing the risk of late-adulthood memory loss and dementia.

    Also, increased use of GPS systems reduces hippocampus activity….instead of using your brain to orient yourself to your surroundings and figuring out your direction, all you’re doing is listening to directions and blindly making turns. GET OUT YOUR MAPS, PEOPLE!!!!

    And bear crawl to your destination, (if possible)

      Ouch-was that a little observed on the road stuff?? keep praying for a properly directed C8 class solar flare and the GPS stuff goes away ha LOL
