THIS SUNDAY May 15th is the CF Pinnacle Hike:
Join us for a social hike up to the Pinnacle overlook near Hamburg.  Meet at CF ready to leave the parking lot at 8:30 AM, or meet in the Hamburg reservoir parking lot by 9 AM.  Rain date TBD if necessary.  Out and back hike, approximately 7 miles, slow pace, plan for it to take most of the day / returning early to mid afternoon.  If you do 8:30 AM class, you probably can hike quickly and meet up with the group even if you get there around 10 AM, or we’ll eventually cross paths because it’s an out and back hike…  Just a thought for the FOMO CFers.

TEACHER + NURSE APPRECIATION
We’re rolling out a new pricing schedule for our teacher and nurses!  Check out the top of CF’s fees page for more information!

He leads by example….the example of No Excuses.  For the remainder of April, try your hand at Chris Kaag’s Challenge.  Before or after 9:30AM, 5:30PM and weekend classes, you have the challenge to do Kaag’s workout….and in “his shoes”.  To see what the workout entails, check out this video link.

And, we have an incentive:  Beginning this Monday, April 11th from 6:00AM to 1:00PM, anyone who emails their sign up request time for the challenge to [email protected] will be entered into a drawing for discounts on either the Got the Nerve Triathlon or the RU ABLE Duathlon, and a discount voucher for the 2017 IM ABLE Bash.  Plus, ALL participants will receive a FREE IM ABLE tee shirt!

And when considering this challenge, remember:  You CAN, you are ABLE, and most of all, NO EXCUSES!

If you’re reading this blog post, chances are you saw last week’s post about the IM ABLE wine and paint party happening tomorrow evening at Corps Fitness from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.  Due to the forecasted inclement weather and the fact that we’d prefer to keep our CFers from getting pneumonia, we’re moving the class up to 4:30 PM for tomorrow only and adding a noon class.  If you’re still interested in signing up for the wine and paint party, please see last week’s post for the link - deadline is NOON on Tuesday 12/1!

In summary, we’re adding a NOON class, and the class normally scheduled at 5:30 PM is moved to 4:30 PM for tomorrow only!  We apologize for any inconvenience.  All other class times are unchanged.
