    It’s always good to have a rope-climb “ringer” on your Scout team…JD is a phreak on a rope…yeah, yeah, yeah!! That was fun, also a shout-out to Jen and Jen or Jen-squared…smoking the burpees, tire-slams and OH Lunges!!
    Really enjoyed that one from the circuit to the challenge…You keep delivering classes like that and I’ll keep coming back! Challenging, fun, high-energy, PhreakPhest…and not coma-inducing!!! Hah!! Rock-on-you maniacs!!
