15 Minutes…

Getting to the end of another week of Capture the Flag Challenge and Thursday the remaining few completed their task. This week fight gone bad was the challenge presented and everyone stepped up and pushed for what might have seemed like more than 15 minutes of work. Max reps for 1 minute of High Pulls, Push Press, Box Jumps, Wallball and Krank. One more to test out and this weeks winner to be announced today.

At the same time those who completed FGB stepped into a leg smoker of 5 rounds: 300′ lunge, 200′ broad jump with 5 burpees every 3 broad jumps. Constant movement…high intensity…all the way through! Great Thursday night crowd!
