    Big Girl and Big Boy pants were required attire for the last 9 minutes of FNL…Those are the minutes that seem like hours…but I’m grateful for it, after spending 12-15 hours a week pedaling a bike the ability to get one of these in at least once a week is an almost orgasmic experience…really! My body just really appreciates the chance to “stretch-it-out” so-to-speak!!! Fun times with a fun group of Phreaks…Have a great week as I probably will not see you all until after the Wilderness 101 next Saturday…You will all be in my thoughts, cuz you all are inspiring!!

    Tear up the Wilderness 101. as you have said before, for me at least that last 9 minutes wiped the !##$% off my face but it was fun, funky laughs at the end too. 🙂
