Sunday baseball warm-up (was that the workout??) + stations with 5 minutes of “fun” in the middle.  Posers, bosu ball squats (a little wobbly!), bar cleans / front squats / push press, the list goes on!  Great work, everyone!

PFT test-out dates will be next Friday and Saturday, 5/1-5/2.  If you tested in, be sure to attend one of these days to test out and see how much you’ve improved in the past month!.  If you test out on Friday, you’ll be given an different workout on Saturday, so don’t count yourself out!

We’ve made a few changes to the CF mentor program, including making it a requirement for newbies to help them learn the CF ways.  If you’re interested in learning more, ask at the front desk!
