    I would love to lose some body fat not because I want to lose weight to look better but to make those dang pull ups easier. I’m finding it nearly impossible and I think it’s because I don’t eat enough. I work out six times a week and I think my body is burning so much I can’t keep up with the calories thus putting my body in fat storage mode. Ugh. Finding the balance is hard.
