…Nothing at the moment, but new adventures are on the horizon.  Although, a little FYI, Brian’s nursing schedule has changed and he is no longer able to teach regularly (looking at you, Thursdays).  Please stick with us as we streamline our Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday CrossFit programming and keep things consistently, wonderfully challenging!  And congratulations to Brian on his new adventures in his career!!
