    A little WhoDoo VooDoo today or maybe a coincidence, oh there are no coincidences…Becks Burpees followed by bends and thrusts, scissor lunges followed by squat jumps…hmmmm how does that shake down…hahaha…good times had by all!!!! Phreaks!
