Corps Fitness classes are designed to challenge and develop every aspect of athleticism, including muscular and cardiovascular endurance, strength, power, speed, balance, agility, coordination, and timing. Every CF class may incorporate basic bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, plyometrics, traditional weights, medicine balls into a high-intensity workout. Creative formats provide, quite simply, the best workout you’ll ever experience!
