Now that was a classic Little Sh!ts Burner, anyone curious to know what a Burner is that one is all the explanation you need!!! F’in fantastic…maybe we can do it again on Saturday!!!! Phreaks!!!!
ha - not quite! Kaag even prefaced it by saying that it could get pretty confusing - so pay extra attention (not just regular attention…which we know for some is not nearly enough).
Have to add a special shout out to Maria “The Sizzler” Nawa for her very deliberately and appropriately paced count on the locomotives! Thanks - made all the difference in that workout! In previous little sheets nights (where we do 10 locos, walking lunges, 10 locos, WL, 10 locos), the person counting the locos goes WAAAAY too fast and they’re not going down all the way - which, if you are, it’s either impossible to keep up or your quads are completely smoked. Meanwhile, the counter barely exerted themselves & doesn’t know what was so challenging about the whole thing. That was the first time I realized that the Form Continuum was very long!!!!! Oy.
Jesus Jan! That is some scary s@&t! That’s like a cracked out soccer Mom after a few cans of 4 Loco.http://www.accidentalhedonist.com/index.php?title=the_great_four_loco_scare_of_2010&more=1&c=1&tb=1&pb=1

Judging from the explanation alone, I thought we should just skip the little sheets and start running 400s. But it really turned out splendidly!

Go fast, but don’t hurry.
It matters. Really, on every level, it does matter.

Where did they get this lady? I’ve never seen her at CF, but she’s got all our moves.
Call to Action 3?
Other ideas for CF classes?

Are you sure you haven’t seen her at CF?
