Weekly Update

Sunday 3/15 there will be only one class at 9:30 AM.
Open gym for CrossFit workout 15.3 will begin at 10:30.  Open gym participants may arrive earlier but floor space will not be available until class is over at 10:30.

Thursday evening 15.3 reveal – come on out to CF and watch the workout revealed at 8 PM, then stick around to take a crack at it!  Workout sessions will likely begin around 8:45.

Rope climbs – are you getting some???  We’ve had a few newbies up the rope – congratulations!  You can accumulate your consecutive climbs in a day, but once you pause / get off the rope (especially advanced), your count for the day is up.  Tally what you’ve done over the month and that’s your total!

Next Friday 3/20: Spring themed class.  Wear your spring gear and hopefully we’ll be enjoying more of this awesome sunshine!

Sunday 9:30 AM – Gretchen

Pink tights (Amanda) – great finish! Arms are extended and legs are about to pick up that weight to stand straight up. Black pants / white shoes (can’t see your face) – GREAT extension! Weight is still in rack position and entire body is extended, accelerating that weight up in preparation to drop underneath it! Good work!

    Scott D, I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that you do actually have weight on your bar and it’s just not visible in the picture… LOL
