Wednesday Form(ula): for mitochondria

The CrossFit model rests everything on diet. The foundation of fitness and wellness is at the molecular level.

Acceptance. There are no surprises or shortcuts or maybes. There will be no major advancement (hopefully) allowing us to continue our current diet, and miraculously (somehow) lose weight, perform better, overcome illness, and save money.

Well presented perspective on feeding mitochondria (the factories in our cells).

    Excellant video the word toxin was used a lot!!! A good product for brain health and function is called Prevagen. A lot of information on Mycotoxins and the fungus link is out there too.
