Wednesday Form – Lock it in!

Maintain good form at all times.  Don’t half-ass your form to go faster!  A cornerstone of CF is proper form – it builds strength while preventing injury.  If you have an injury or are legitimately unable to do something, ask for a substitute exercise or modify the movement to something you can do.
