    MD, I gotta reiterate how much I am digging those form drills incorporated into the warm-ups!! I actually can notice an improvement in my squats with a front raise because of them. That monkey-squat drill was pure genius, you can feel the available power you have to really drive with your legs, without having to push any weight! Should give a confidence boost when it comes time to do the real deal! Extra helping of raisin pie for you!

    Glad you liked it…and it’ll wake those shoulders up, too. As much as we’re addicted to the HR…a little Virtuosity time is good for us all!
