Wednesday Form: Grit strength

Um…I think that’s a typo…don’t you mean Grip Strength? Like that developed through deadlifts, KB swings, KTE, quick step, plate holds, and ring rows?

No…Grit strength. That mysterious thing that will get us to our 2012 goal.

    Great video MD…she is a great speaker, lots of energy and just enough slides to keep it interesting, very intriguing data too, especially how it relates to the top 25% on the IQ scale! Only one negative…she called True Grit a mediocore Western film…:(

      Really though JJ, True Grit is only mediocre. I know The Duke won his only Oscar for it but it’s one of my least favorites (the sequel Rooster Cogburn was better). Besides he should have won a couple Oscars for The Sands of Iwo Jima and El Darado.
