Read about it here.

BTW: 4HBers…log in behind the desk (on the filing cabinet). On the sheet in the folder, record weight, bf%, waist inches, thigh inches (sheet, tape measure, in bag).

CF: I’ve finally decided to supplement my 4HB challenge with Alpha Lipoic Acid, Garlic Extract, and Green Tea Extract. I hadn’t touched any vitamins besides a daily multi vit in the first 2 weeks but have already seen changes since including the AGG. Target has the Origin brand for about 7 bucks a bottle. If you want the 4HB to work, diet must be to the T, but supplements truly make a difference!

    Sam,

Can that be bought as a single pill or is it 3?

I bought 3 but there is a place online you can order the entire PAGG stack as rx’d in the book much more pricey, http://www.paggstack.com/

Matt: Saw the plyo steam engines at work last night and was glad to be watching them-they seemed to suck the life out of everyone.
Bob the health/fitness place by Cloud Nine has the PAGG stack. You have to ask for them individually. I agree with Sam. I did the first week with no supplements and have been using the supplements this week and I can feel “something”. I sure haven’t lost weight on this diet, but then again that wasn’t what I set out to do. For entertainment watch some of the experimentation youtube videos of Tim Ferriss. Don’t watch the one where he has a tube inserted into his thigh after you’ve eaten!

I picked by bottles of the Alpha-Lipoic, Green Tea (not sure if it is decaf though) and Garlic 2000 at Target. Not sure if the Garlic is right though since it doesn’t say anything about Allicin.

    What brand?

    Garlic & Allicin

  • Bob F February 18, 2011 Reply

    Origin

I did some research on the Garlic question. There are different types of Garlic sold. Some with Allicin and some without. If it has it it will list it in the label information. If it is not listed it is not in it. The Origin brand did not list Allicin yield. Make sure you look for that when purchasing. Now I have 200 supposedly odorless Garlic pills that I won’t use.

Here is a link about Garlic if interested.

I bought the Allicin 6000 just like the book said at Vitamin store. I love this way of eating but it’s really hard when travelling. Today’s buffet lunch at my meeting was tomoto & mozzarella, lunch meat & bread for sandwiches. It was really hard to get enough protein — sure I didn’t. I’m down 2 lbs since Monday morning and that’s after losing 8 so I think this slo-carb really helped! Happy eating y’all.

I picked up a calcium and magnesium supplement from crazy bob by cloud nine. 5$ for a 30 day supply.
