Wednesday Form: Fiesta
Did you know you can find excellent vids/demos of many exercises at the CrossFit Exercises & Demos page? This is a great way to get some visual cues and often hear other explanations and verbal cues about form and positioning. A wealth and variety of clips from the 3 categories of exercises: Weightlifting (DL, Cleans, Presses, etc), Gymnastics/Bodyweight (Pullup, Hollow rock, burpee, etc), Monostructural (Rowing, Running, etc)
