Wednesday Form: Back to Basics

Basic KB swing:

Good squat mechanics are imperative!

Weight stays in the heels, knees behind toes at all times, chest open, head up, drive all comes from the legs/hips/glutes

Loose grip on the KB, arms follow the weight
