We want to thank all our CrossFit class regulars for all their patience while we learn everything about adapting CrossFit workouts for an amazing lady. For thrusters, pull ups and running, we subbed in a med ball with velcro on the sides for better grip, ring rows and the ski erg. Thank you Sara for coming up with moves. Thank you Beth for coming out and giving us the opportunity to learn and for reminding us that limits are only in our heads. We may never have all the answers, but we’re willing to try and keep learning and that’s what life is all about. #CrossFitBerks #adaptiveathletes #bettereveryday #noexcusesjustmove
