UPDATES!

*Reminder that our Thursday evening spin class is no longer on the schedule. But, have no fear, Maddie is kicking up spin again starting this Tuesday 10/6 at 5:30PM and Lisa will be back at it with her spin class on Wednesday 10/7 at 6:00PM.

*Big Grand Opening happening this Saturday beginning at 8AM. If you are interested in trying any of Bldg. 7 Yoga’s FREE classes on this day, remember you must sign up to reserve your spot. A class schedule is on the front desk. All current Corps Fitness members will receive a 20% discount on their purchase of a Bldg. 7 Yoga membership. And, even if you are not available to take a full class next door, make sure to stop on over and welcome the new neighbors….there will be some great vendor tables to check out as well.

*REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to Saturday’s Open House, we will be only having ONE class on Saturday at 8:00AM. Please make note. Get your A game on for Saturday’s class so we can represent Corps Fitness and all that we have to offer.

*Monday we kick off October’s Carry The Load Challenge. Please consider someone in your life who you would like to honor and “carry” with the challenge this month. Place their name and picture if you’d like, on our white board by the spin room. And let us all be reminded of the sacrifices and struggles of our friends, neighbors and acquaintances each time we pick up that heavy weight or don the weight vest.
