Updates 12.10.15

Congratulations to our weight loss challenge winners!!
From our fearless and awesome leader, Melissa.  A big THANK YOU to Melissa for keeping everyone motivated and educated during the challenge, and congratulations to all participants for making and sticking with changes that really do make a difference in the long run.
“First, let me just say that all results are impressive! Many folks chipping off 6+ lbs….some upwards of 9, 10 and 11 lbs. And truly, if anyone had ditched more than that in the 5 week time period, my guess is that it wouldn’t have been done by means that were sustainable. And, many of you had 3, 4 and 5% body fat losses! Outstanding!

So, for result totals, weight loss percentages were calculated for each person and strict percentages of body fat were subtracted giving each participant a combined number. We have 1 male overall “Loser” and 1 female overall “Loser”, as well a team winner with all team members’ numbers combined. Here it is:

Overall Male Winner…… Zach Meredith
Overall Female Winner……Kristin Feightner
Team Winner……Team 1: Peter Purcell, Kristin Feightner, Jen Crocona and Matt Mayer

Top 3 Men were: Zach, Matt Mayer, and Peter Purcell
Top 3 Women were: Kristin, Stacea Boss-Archie, and Aimee Hafer

– Thursday Dec. 24th
– ONE class only at 9:00AM
– Friday Dec. 25th – CLOSED
Then begins HERO WEEK, WINTER 2015
– Sat. Dec. 26th – Beginning of Hero Week.  ONE class only at 8:30AM
– Sunday Through Thursday of Hero Week is normal class schedule.
– Friday, 1/1/16 is Finale of Hero Week and ONE class only at 9:00AM
***Hero Week takes on a different Focus this year… stay tuned for the announcement!
