Are you or do you know a cyclist who’s been stuck indoors due to the limited daylight or hazardous roads?  Come by our Saturday 9:30 AM spin / krank class with Jenn Q and get your spin on!  Jenn is an incredibly motivating instructor who loves pushing participants to the next level.  Try it this Saturday!

To All CFers NOT competing in the All Out In Berks Competition to be held on Sat. Feb. 20th:  WE NEED YOU!  Volunteers of all types are needed to help make this event run smoothly and be a classic Corps Fitness event.  There will be a sign up sheet at the front desk for anyone interested in volunteering OR you can email Sandy (sandy@corpsfitness.net), to indicate your interest in helping.  ALL help is greatly appreciated, so much so, that you will be compensated with some FREE classes….. What a great deal!  Thanks in advance for your help in making this an awesome event!

If you are planning to compete but have not yet registered, the 2nd Annual All Out In Berks (AOIB) Challenge is coming up February 20th, kicking off at 9 AM.  This is a 2-person team challenge intended to challenge your overall fitness by way of 4 challenges: Strength, CrossFit, Corps Fitness, and Endurance.  This challenge is open to all abilities – sign up here today!  Prices increase January 20th, so don’t delay!  This is an open competition (not exclusive to CFers), so if you want to see how you measure up against your friends who go to other gyms, invite them out for a little friendly competition!

New Intro Class starting in February!  Starting Sat. 2/6 at 9:45, Eddie will be offering a Intro to CrossFit class.  It will always be offered the 1st and 3rd Saturday of every month.  This is available for any new person interested in trying CF….AND it’s also a great way to be introduced to CrossFit-type skills for anybody who has been a CF member, but not very familiar with CrossFit.

Additionally, starting this Sunday, Owen will be teaching a Form session on Sundays at 9:30 AM.  He will teach form, but it will also be available as an Open Gym time for anyone who is interested.
