8AM Cadence Run (park Wyo Pool)
9AM CF Combined Class (gym)
(all other classes cnx)

2 min. Drill
T2B, MB Thruster, Band Slides: 2min Crabwalk/Pike
Rope Heave, Plank Knee, Rev. Lunge: 2min Spin
ACP, Hip Ext, Pulse: 2min B&T Jump (or B&T)

    2 min B&T jump? What the flevil? Made it to about 1:20 each time. Left me physically and mentally scrambled for everything that followed.

    Yep. Jan that’s the image burned in my head as a kid. Probably kept a generation from camping.

    No kidding, felt like I was in quick sand all night. Spin added to the workout was a killer cardio – wanted to toss my cookies. Note to self…. seems the less that is written on those boards the killer the work out! Good stuff MD
