Tuesday Attitude: What are my options?

    Options:
    1. Strength through perseverance.
    2. Smile through the pain, it releases endorphins.
    3. Swear through the pain, it dulls the pain receptors.
    4. Ignore pain, it will go away.
    5. Fortitude is learned it the midst of chaos.
    6. Your mind will always tell you to quit before your body is willing to, it’s just the ego thowing a temper tantrum, igmore it.
    7. Focus your mental energy on the muscles that are screaming in pain, you will be surprised by their response.
    8. Breathe, don’t forget to breathe…
    9. Hydration is your friend, dehydration is not your friend.
    10. Protein preserves lean body mass, sugars do not.
