Elstwise in the words of H. Kelleher…”We have a strategic plan. It’s called ‘doing things’.”

There was a Grandfather who had seen many changes in his lifetime, and he erected a teepee outside his log home because it reminded him of the old ways and he preferred it to the log structure. He would spend his time sitting in front of the teepee reflecting on his life and what he had learned. The only thing he had left from the old days was his shield with Eagle Feathers earned through sacrifice tied around it’s circumference, which he displayed on his alter outside the teepee. One day a young man came by and asked…”Hey old man did you buy all those Eagle Feathers?” …The Grandfather replied, “Yes.” The young man then said, “Old man you don’t have anything how could you have bought those Eagle Feathers; what did you purchase them with?”…the Grandfather replied…”Perseverance.”…He looked at the young man and lastly said…”Perseverance is the way of the Warrior.”

Excellent JJ. Reminds me of another favorite quote of mine, “If it was easy to get, it’s not worth having”.
