2) October 22, 9:45-10:30. Amy Sharkey Kindred Spirits Yoga. Several CFers use this as a complement (yes, as in…to complete) to their CF conditioning. The mobility, flexibility, balance, body awareness and control achieved through Yoga is crucial to your success and longevity at Corps Fitness (esp. anyone attending any CrossFit classes should make a point to integrate this into your weekly workouts).
