One valuable lesson I learned training for endurance mountain bike racing that might be relevant here is this: “Whether you feel good or whether you feel bad, it won’t last.” It pushed me to go harder when I felt good and pulled me through when I felt bad. If you can accept this as a truth it changes your perspective and allows you to do more than you currently believe you can and endure when you believe you can’t! After it is all said and done what we truly believe about ourselves is the only thing that really matters…
NEWSFLASH: I will be living at home and teaming up with Chris and Matt in kicking your a$$es from December 23-January 13. Looking forward to one more awesome month in PA!
