Tuesday Attitude: CFers are you Tough enough?

Note: This is not your usual G-rated CF Post. Censor as you see fit.

“Mental toughness is many things and rather difficult to explain. Its qualities are sacrifice and self-denial. Also, most importantly, it is combined with a perfectly disciplined will that refuses to give in. It’s a state of mind-you could call it character in action.” -V. Lombardi

…row to hoe
…act to follow
…it out
…as nails
…like a nastyass honey badger? Wha?

Badger People bite down on what they desire and hang-on, extremely aggressive and completely fearless in their fight for what they want…Badger People do not seek to attack, they just hang-on with everything they’ve got…When Badger Medicine grabs your attention it is asking you to look at your aggressiveness. Are you being lethargic or over aggressive?…Badger is calling attention to your present state-of-mind, body and personal affairs to see where you need to take action…Badger Medicine reminds you to bite down and say, “Enough is enough, now I am taking charge!”…Look at the Badger snarl; sometimes you have to get pissed-off enough (in a good way), to make things happen…Badger’s Message is about developing your fighting Spirit, invoking your Warrior Courage, and steadfast persistence while hanging on to your wants and desires…

    Here’s an idea!

Corps Fitness Badger Club. Coming Summer 2011.

    How to become a member:
    Complete hero week.
Eat eggs, lean meats, lentils, spinach, vegetables, and legumes.
    Calloused hands.
    Complete 400m Lunge.
    Don’t give a $hit- you don’t feel pain..
    Run angry.
Rest a lot, but only to get stronger.
Relentless persistence to be the best.

    More to come…

I’d like to see an episode of the Honey Badger taking (the narrator)Randall’s candy-ass down for the count.

Badgers? We don’t need no stinkin’ badgers…..

Weight vest was a nice addition. Lots of people going heavy on the swings.

I cannot watch that video enough. From now on, I am referring to a bee hive as a “house of bees”….it sounds so much better….
