Tuesday Attitude

Get moving!  Whether it’s at class or walking around your neighborhood – get up and move!

Other than Corps Fitness, what are your favorite active activities??

    B&T warmup follwed by some yard work. 20 yards of mulch, 14 tons of stone block, cool down with some ditch digging. ha lol love it. Great core workout raking stone too.
