    Good luck to all testing out on pull-ups! Made my goal today +5! Since I was unsuccessful in the rope climb challenge, I was pretty happy with today’s result. Just don’t drop no matter what – hang if you have to but don’t let go!!!

    Way to go Jan…Holy Smokes…30 pullups ?!?! Awesome!!!
    This is going to sound sooooo stupid, but I literally have butterflies thinking about testing out on these pull ups. I was confident about the rope climb challenge, but this one is a toughy for me. And I HATE, HATE, HATE not being able to do what I set out to do, so the option of failure is just a big no-no for me…Crikey…I don’t know if I”ll be able to sleep tonight! 🙂

      I hear ya, Melissa! Just standing there looking at the bar, I thought I might earn a Pukey Patch! Just don’t drop. Stay up there no matter what til you get the job done!!! The non-quitting attitude is half the battle baby!

    Scamp? I love that! Since you’re giving us extra time to cash out MD I just might come in on the 15th to ridicule myself. I’ve sort of lost sight of my goal and training as my schedule has gotten me used to the feeling of “no muscle pain.” From Sunday on I can accept whole body pain once again as my schedule permits it next week.
    So I’ll try to hang as it were, not resembling (hopefully) the locker of carcuses that Rocky used to train on as I go for my goal.

    J.D. thanks for giving us 5-up…haha! On my way home from Rochester NY, this morning, plan is to get a 3-hour trail ride in today and my pullups tomorrow, I still need to get in an additional 3-hours on the bike plus the 3 today by the end of the weekend…Airports are a strange place early in the morning, Phreaks of a different nature, so-to-speak…!
