Thursday Updates

1) Wounded Warrior 5k, May 1
2) Sunday Special May 8, 3pm, w/ Chris E.
3) 22 day left in Pull Up Club…practice alot, get on the bar as much as possible, share strategy, try things and fail, work on grip strength…but also work in some rest…give your body a chance to consolidate and gel all that hard work.

    I made a rare appearance at a Beginner Class last night, need to give a shout-out to a great group of PHREAKS in their own right! Enjoyed the class immensely, plus it was a “First” for me to actually be on the team that brought the “Flag” in after the first round. On a different note we had a person in our group #2 who was actually in group #3, so we were penalized on the second attempt by 15 seconds, just another example of the fact that folks need to pay attention during the instructions and need to know where they need to be!!! If you screw-up it hurts everybody, think “Group” not “Self”
    It really is as simple as 1,2,3, don’t make it more complicated than it needs to be…;)

    Sounds like “CF” stood for more than Corps Fitness in the second round.
