Sunday February 13, 3PM (*NEW*)
3PM: My Bloody Kettlebell Workout (the usual mix of KB and bodyweight exercises)
4PM: Slow Carb/4hr Body information for 4-week challenge

    Please post from the 4HB meeting Sunday. Although Monday marks the end of my week 2, I like to be involved with the CF challenges as much as I can. The semester is going to get really busy for me next week, but I’d like to hear what you guys take away from the meeting! Thanks!

    Nothing crazy, the biggest change for me was cutting fruit and adding beans, otherwise I had about an 80% paleo diet. But my energy has been much more sustained and i’m much fuller longer which is great during the week when i bounce from school to work to yoga or crossfit and back again…
