1. FREE “Intro to CF” workout this Saturday 3/9 at 9:45. This is a great opportunity for your friends / colleagues / people you meet on the street who ask how you got into such great shape to come in and try CF.
2. Yoga tonight!!
3. Saturday and Sunday after scheduled classes – stick around to work on kip / muscle-up form and test in for the March challenge!
4. St Patty’s Weekend: Another old-school CF Blast! 4 workouts in 4 days, 3/14-3/17. Come out and join the fun!! Maybe even have some green beer, corned beef and cabbage on Sunday to wrap it all up!
