Thursday Update: Constant Motion

Notable:
1) Awesome in action! Perfect plank!
2) Pull position: Knees back so shins drop perpendicular to ground, butt height between elbow and shoulder, flat back…very nice!
That’s the way to earn every rep folks…hard work!

SDHP, Step Over, Lumberjack, Quick Step, ACS, Arm Hauler, Pikes, Rev Lunge/Side Raise, Pledge PU, B&T 3 Hurdle…lap it after each! (+ 1 speed round)

Update:
Remember Sunday May 1, Keystone Wounded Warrior 5k. Just look for the big group of ‘black shirts.’

    Constant Motion: Newton’s First Law of Motion
    Every object in a state of uniform motion tends to remain in that state of motion unless an external force is applied to it!

    Sums up that class famously!! Great group of Phreaks and a great all around class! Well done by all!!
