The Murph Challenge 2018
Reminder that this Saturday’s 9:15am CrossFit class is Murph Prep. We’ll be warming up then doing a Half-Murph. 1/2 mile run, 50 Pull-ups, 100 Push-ups, 150 Air Squats, 1/2 mile run. We have 6 weighted vests from 14 up to 40 pounds. One of which is the actual 20 pounds recommended for the Murph. Come on out and see where you stand! There’s 5 weeks until Memorial Day, so plenty of time to improve after Saturdays initial test.
