The Last 5 Minutes
The minutes are winding down, your body is tired and fatigue is setting in, but there are still five minutes on the clock, and you know it’s going to suck! Pushing yourself to finish strong, taking those last few minutes as seriously as the rest of the workout, will help build your endurance and push capillaries deeper into your tissue, allowing blood flow to your tissue and organs to increase over time.
So dig deep when you’re tired. Your body will thank you for it!
