    Those KB high pulls kicked my arse last night.. Whew! Love it!!!! I was thinking back to the days when we were first introduced to KBs and primarily used the 13 and 26 weights for everything. Well, at least I did. Thanks Matt for the push to always get better and stronger. “Nothing gets to you!”

    The Attitude Adjustment #6 felt like getting hit by a mack truck. Bam – you’re hit and you’re down. (Some of them are like steamrollers b/c you’ll end up flattened, but at least it’s a mildly pleasant slow creep.)
