Giants: 20-15-10 Swing, Pullup, OH Lunge, T2B (15-10-5 scaled)
Raisin Pie: 1 rd

    That was a good ole, “Taken behind the woodshed…” kinda beatin’,,,

    Aerobically, anaerobically, muscularly, challenging WOD’s, so much mental focus is required to do some of those movements correctly, which is difficult when your body is under that amount of physical stress…that to me is the ultimate training to build character, confidence and humility! F’in classic!!

    the CF out pouring of support for Kate has been beyond beilief. i cant thank everyone for what they have done and said. Its a specail place, with specail people. we are thankful and apprecative. larry
