    Thanks for showing up for Sneaky Sunday, guys!! Circuit was delightful; last minute of triple threat was a lactic acid nightmare.

    I believe Einstein said it best, “The most elegant designs are the simplest designs…” I cut my teeth on the circle-it-up-and-go workouts, outside in most all weather, it still ranks as my most favorite form of CF. It includes, at least from my perspective, all the substituents of a great workout; strength, agility, power, endurance and intensity; map out a circle, lay some sheets down, throw in some props and in an instant I’ll be salivating like Pavlov’s Dog! Pin your ears back and go…simple, elegant, effective…Perfect! By the end…Carnage! You just gotta love it!!
