Warm up rounds (DL, Kips, Step ups, ACP, Swing, Ladder/Hop, Wtd Sit up, Mtn Climbers)
Measures: GTOH (Ground to Overhead/Anyhow), 8Ct., 40m Hill Sprint, Box Jump, Ladder 2in/2out, 800m run
Excellent work folks…strength, power, speed, agility, endurance. See you next time! (a wicked badge was earned!)

    Yeah, 40m Sprints sounds somewhat benign until you realize it’s uphill into gale-force winds…Hah! Who invented GTOF…anyway? J.D. is right-on, somethings are best left unknown until you are confronted with them, then there is no other choice but to forge ahead…sour-stomach, headache and what-have-you aside, best cure for a hangover I’ve seen! Hah! Classic….who left that prize out in front of Rumors by the way??? How Gnarly was that? LMFAO!! Who decided to put a damnable clown on a Cross-Fit patch…WTF?

    I was beat, and I had to leave 3/4 of the way through!! Nice one MD. I’m pretty sure my 800 time was about 5:34 if I would have stayed. You can put me down for that.
