Strength & Form Training for Runners
Reminder that this Monday 1/8 is the start of another great program to get moving! Strength training is the key to becoming a better runner! Strength work combined with form, agility and mobility drills improves performance, increases efficiency, and decreases the risk of injury.
What to Expect?
• Plyometric run specific exercises
• Core work for runners
• Balance and Agility drills
• Form-work and analysis
• This one-hour class will be taught by long-time runner, triathlete, and run coach, Marshall Pickard.
Good for Middle school and High School runners too!

Class included in your membership
Non-Corps Fitness Members
$70 for an 8 class punch card(used specifically for this class)
Or $10 per class drop-in fee (you can do this option for as few or many classes as you wish)
