Some New Year excitement!
We are excited to announce a new strength and form training class for runners led by Peak Coaching owner, Marshall Pickard.
Marshall will be offering an 8 week session of classes on Mondays beginning January 8th. See flyer for all the details. This is available to Corps Fitness members and Non-Members, so share with your runner friends! Perfect timing to work on runner-specific strength training, and correct bad running form habits.
