Saturday 1.19.13

Clockwise / counterclockwise circuit – new partners at each station:

Step up w/lunge
Leg raises
KB OH Swings
Negative chin-ups
Dip/Push-ups
Pikes/L-sits
Burpees
Backward lunge w/side raise
Polar bear crawl
Jingle jangle
To top it all off: 3 minutes toe tap / step push-ups / side steps vs walking lunge!

Rumor has it there are some gifts in the bushes out front…
