    Yes! Thank you! This is something I have struggled with. The row machine is such a great exercise, but as we all know, form is the most important aspect.

      Exactly!! Take a few minutes before or after class to break out a rower and work on that form. And then practice, practice, practice. And remember, practice doesn’t make perfect; PERFECT practice makes perfect!
