Challenge of the Day: Egg-timer fitness (btw, want some bacon with those eggs?)!
2x: 90 sec max reps OH Swing (big 12 o’cl0ck finish…well done!

    It’s amazing what 90 seconds of swinging that kettlebell overhead can do to your body…great circuit btw, and that second 90 second stint on the bell just about did me in…unbelievable! Great job everyone and a really nice crowd of Phreaks phor a Sunday…look at Jack D. swing that bell, what a Phreak!! Bag Balm therapy on the hands after hanging on that bar too…if you don’t have some, get some, it works!!! Ask the Amish….Yeah, yeah, yeah, also see a lot of lean hard bodies in the gym lately that weightloss challenge is serious sh!t this go round…Dang!!! Bring the salt and the bacon…eggs too if they’re hardboiled, then we can wrap them in bacon strips…Phreak Phestival…..;)

    Lots of extra bacon drippings this week. Can that stuff in Mason jars for Christmas!

    Gotta say, swinging kettle bells is FUN!!!! Really enjoyed today’s workout 🙂
