Push Press…check.

Excellent work on the Push Press form/max sessions…75 people tested out!
Remember, each week in July we will do this for a different exercise…the major points being twofold: 1) anyone attending “crossfit” classes must know the virtuosity of movement (perfect form), 2) with Hero Week coming up, everyone walking through the door must be prepared to confidently enter the gym ready to go heavy and hard…and 3) avoid injuring yourself and/or others (extra credit there). [In other words, consider the next 4 weeks “testing into” Hero Week…for everyone’s benefit].
