Last done: Feb 8, 2011. As famous, you may remember, Feb 8, 2011 to be the day Livewrong’s “Everything I learned in life I learned from Johnnie Ding Dong” was published. (all kidding aside, we’re half way to Dec 31…are you making progress to your goals? Like using a levitation spell…it’s Levio-sa!…on Box Jumps, what up?!)

    Hah!!! I still love that Pom-Pom girl with the Giant “T” her shirt…I wonder what that stands for….? Well if you survived that workout tonight give yourselves a extra helping of raisin pie…you earned it, and you deserve it….cuz that is mutha-f’in workout!!! Missing you all big time will be back to a much more regular schedule at CF next week, after I conquer this monster challenge on Saturday!!! You all are the best!!! JJ

    great smoker at the end of our workout as usual MD….looks like G is one of those peel and paste pix.

    JJ – all the hard work was training, now you just go out and have fun Saturday, we will be there to cheer you on….look for the “clowns”!!!!!!!
